What Is the KLOW blend?

What is in the KLOW blend?

One KLOW vial contains 80 mg of peptide material: 50 mg of the copper-binding tripeptide GHK-Cu, 10 mg of the pentadecapeptide BPC-157, 10 mg of TB-500 (thymosin beta-4) and 10 mg of the tripeptide KPV.

How are the KLOW components classified?

The four components come from different peptide families: GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-complexing tripeptide, BPC-157 is a synthetic gastric-pentadecapeptide fragment, TB-500 corresponds to the actin-binding beta-thymosin family, and KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-MSH. The blend groups them for laboratory convenience; it does not create a new molecule.

What research exists on the KLOW components?

Each component carries its own primary literature: BPC-157’s preclinical tissue-model record, GHK-Cu’s copper-biology and gene-expression research, Tβ4’s actin-sequestration biochemistry and KPV’s PepT1-transport and inflammatory-signalling studies. The component overviews list and link the key papers individually.

There is no published literature on the four compounds combined; the blend’s evidence base is its components’.

What compounds is KLOW studied alongside?

The components appear in the tissue-repair and copper-peptide research fields, so the blend is most naturally compared with its own constituents studied singly, and with the categories they belong to: Tissue-Repair Research Peptides and Copper Peptides.
