Terms of service.

All products listed on this site are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, and nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. No medicinal, therapeutic, or dosing claims are made or implied anywhere in these terms or on the products.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are acquiring the products solely for legitimate research purposes, and that you will store, handle, and dispose of them safely and responsibly. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including any import, possession, and handling requirements in your jurisdiction.

An account is required to place an order. Your account is the secure home for your saved details, batch certificates of analysis (COAs), and order tracking — keeping everything together so you can verify what you received and reorder in a click. You agree to keep your account details accurate and up to date and to keep your login credentials confidential.

All orders are an offer to purchase and are subject to our acceptance and to stock availability. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where details cannot be verified, or where we reasonably believe these terms have not been met. Where we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will let you know and arrange a refund of any amount paid for the affected items.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change, and the price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout. We make every effort to keep pricing accurate; in the rare event of an obvious pricing error we may contact you before fulfilling the order.

Payment is processed through our secure third-party payment provider. We accept card, Afterpay, and Klarna. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised. Where a buy-now-pay-later option is used, the provider’s own terms apply to your instalment arrangement.

Orders are dispatched from Western Australia via tracked express courier. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed, as transit can be affected by the carrier and your location. You will receive tracking details once your order ships.

The products are provided “as is” for research purposes. You are solely responsible for determining their suitability for your intended research, and for using them safely and lawfully. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Subject to those rights, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with the products or your use of this site is limited — at our option — to resupplying the products or refunding the amount you paid for them. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

All content on this site — including the Lazarus Labs name and logo, text, graphics, product imagery, page design, and layout — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for your own legitimate purposes, but you must not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of it for commercial use without our prior written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You and Lazarus Labs submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and the courts able to hear appeals from them. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full effect.

We may update these terms from time to time — for example to reflect changes in our practices, our payment or shipping providers, or the law. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown at the top. Changes apply to orders placed on or after the date they are published, so we encourage you to review this page before each purchase.
