We use your information for clear, limited purposes — never to do anything you wouldn’t expect when buying from a research-supply store:

• Send restock & marketing emails — only with your consentIf you opt in, we’ll let you know when items are back in stock and share occasional offers. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and opting out never affects your orders.

We share the minimum needed to get your order to you — and that’s it. The two partners who help fulfil your order are:

• Our payment providerTo take payment securely. They handle your card details directly — we receive confirmation that payment succeeded, not your card number.
• Our courierTo deliver your parcel. They receive your name, delivery address, and contact details so they can complete and track the delivery.

Your information is encrypted in transit using HTTPS, so what travels between your browser and us stays private. We restrict access to your data to the people who genuinely need it to run orders and support, and we review our safeguards regularly.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it — to fulfil and support your orders, manage reorders and your account, and meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations in Australia. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it.
