Can I see the COAs before ordering?
Yes. Browse available certificates of analysis in our public COA library. Each report records a particular sample and the laboratory’s results. Check the batch reference when matching a report to a vial. If you cannot find the report you need, ask our support team.
Where do orders ship from, and how long does delivery take?
Orders dispatch from Western Australia on business days, in plain packaging with tracking, and we email a tracking link when your parcel leaves. Delivery is typically 2–3 business days after dispatch across most of Australia; regional and remote areas can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees. How much does shipping cost?
