Terms of service.

On that basis, Lazarus Labs’ position is that products supplied and used strictly in accordance with these terms are not supplied as therapeutic goods. This states our intended-use and commercial position; it is not a representation that wording alone determines legal classification or that a regulator or court must reach the same conclusion. Classification may depend on a product’s composition, presentation, claims, intended use, and circumstances of supply.

Nothing in these terms overrides any applicable law, removes any legal responsibility of Lazarus Labs, or gives you a right to acquire, possess, import, supply, or use a product where doing so would be unlawful.

You may order only if you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and are acquiring the products for a legitimate laboratory, analytical, educational, or scientific research purpose.

You are responsible for:

• checking that your purchase, possession, importation, storage, handling, use, transfer, and disposal are lawful in your location;
• ensuring that only appropriately trained and authorised people can access the products;
• providing accurate account, identity, intended-use, payment, and delivery information;
• selecting products and procedures suitable for your own research purpose and facilities; and
• following applicable workplace, laboratory, dangerous-goods, environmental, and waste-disposal requirements.

Your responsibilities relate to your own conduct. They do not transfer to you any obligation that the law places on Lazarus Labs or exclude any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You must not use, purchase, resupply, promote, or make a product available:

• for human or veterinary administration, consumption, treatment, diagnosis, prevention, or self-experimentation;
• to compound, manufacture, or prepare any medicine, supplement, food, cosmetic, or therapeutic product;
• with dosing, treatment, performance, weight-loss, anti-ageing, or other therapeutic instructions or claims;
• to a person you know, or reasonably suspect, intends a prohibited or unlawful use; or
• in breach of law, these terms, another person’s rights, or the security and proper operation of this site.

You must not provide false or misleading information, impersonate another person, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use site content to market a Lazarus Labs product for a therapeutic purpose.

Product descriptions, research references, storage information, and certificates of analysis are provided to identify and document products for research use. They are not medical, veterinary, prescribing, or dosing advice and must not be interpreted as a recommendation for therapeutic use.

We take reasonable care to keep product information accurate, but images may be illustrative and minor non-material variations may occur between batches or packaging. A certificate of analysis reports the stated tests for its identified batch; it does not guarantee that a product is suitable for your particular method, protocol, application, or desired outcome.

You may place an order as a guest or with an account. If you create or use an account, you must keep your details current, protect your login credentials, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from our failure to take reasonable care.

We rely on the declarations and information you provide. We may request reasonable additional information about eligibility, identity, authority, intended use, or delivery before accepting or fulfilling an order. We may suspend an account or decline or cancel an order where details cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, supply may be unlawful, or we reasonably believe these terms have not been met.

An order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted only when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the products. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method, subject to any rights or remedies available to us by law.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. The price applying to an order is the price shown when you complete checkout. We may change future prices and correct genuine errors. If an obvious pricing or product-information error affects your order, we may contact you before acceptance and give you the option to proceed on the corrected basis or receive a refund.

Payment is processed by secure third-party payment providers. Available methods may include card, Afterpay, and Klarna. A payment authorisation does not itself mean that we have accepted the order. A payment provider’s separate terms apply to its service and any instalment arrangement.

Stock indicators and estimated availability or dispatch dates are guides until an order is accepted and dispatched. Products identified as a preorder or backorder are not ready for immediate dispatch and may be delayed. If we cannot supply an affected item, we will contact you and provide the remedy required by law and our Refund policy.

Payment methods

Orders are dispatched from Western Australia using tracked delivery. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. You must provide a complete, accurate, and lawful delivery address and promptly review tracking or delivery communications.

Title remains with Lazarus Labs until payment is received in full. Risk passes to you when the products are delivered to the address you nominated, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise. Our Shipping policy explains dispatch, tracking, delivery issues, and lost or damaged parcels.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled under our Refund policy and Australian Consumer Law. Contact support promptly if an order is incorrect, damaged, lost, or otherwise does not meet a consumer guarantee.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lazarus Labs does not guarantee a particular research result or that a product will be suitable for a method or purpose you have not disclosed and we have not expressly accepted in writing. We are not responsible for loss caused by prohibited use, improper storage or handling, unauthorised resupply, inaccurate information you provide, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent the loss was caused or contributed to by us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made. Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The Lazarus Labs name and logo, site text, graphics, product imagery, page design, and other content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for your own lawful research purchasing activities, but you must not copy, republish, exploit, or misrepresent our content or brand without permission.

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy policy. You agree that we may collect, use, disclose, and retain information as reasonably required to operate accounts, assess and fulfil orders, prevent fraud or misuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather, natural disaster, labour disruption, utility or network failure, government action, or supply interruption. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and resume performance when practical. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact support with the relevant order details. You and Lazarus Labs agree to make a genuine effort to resolve the issue directly before starting formal proceedings, without preventing either party from seeking urgent relief or using a right or remedy available by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You and Lazarus Labs submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts and courts hearing appeals from them. If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it is read down or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our products, practices, providers, or the law. The current version and effective date appear on this page. Changes apply to orders placed on or after publication; they do not retrospectively alter an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with you.
