Research use only · Not for human consumption · 18+. Everything we sell ships strictly for laboratory and research purposes. Part of why we ask you to hold an account is to confirm you meet that requirement.

01

What we collect

We only collect what we need to take your order, dispatch it, support you, and meet our legal obligations. In practice that means:

  • Account detailsYour name, email address, phone number, and the password you set when you create an account. We use these to verify you are 18+ and to keep your orders and batch COAs together.
  • Order & shipping informationThe products you order, your delivery address, and tracking details so we can dispatch your parcel and you can follow it to your door.
  • CommunicationsMessages you send us — support requests, replies to emails, COA enquiries — so we have the context to help you properly.
  • Site analytics & diagnosticsAggregated usage data — including query-free page paths, device type, how you found us, coarse scroll depth, and whether key cart or checkout controls responded — so we can find friction and keep the site easy to use. These diagnostic records aren’t joined to your account or order.

We never store your full card numbers. Payment is handled securely by our payment provider. Your card details are entered directly with them and are not held on our systems.

02

How we use it

We use your information for clear, limited purposes — never to do anything you wouldn’t expect when buying from a research-supply store:

  • Process and dispatch your ordersTo pick, pack, and ship what you bought, and to send you order confirmations and tracking updates.
  • Provide supportTo answer your questions, resolve issues, share batch COAs, and help with reorders or tracking.
  • Meet compliance & age requirementsTo confirm you are 18+ and to satisfy our record-keeping and legal obligations for research-use-only products.
  • Send restock & marketing emails — only with your consentIf you opt in, we’ll let you know when items are back in stock and share occasional offers. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and opting out never affects your orders.
  • Request service feedbackAfter delivery, we may invite you to leave an honest review of your ordering, packaging, delivery, or support experience. Review invitations are neutral and include an unsubscribe option.
03

Who we share it with

We share only the minimum needed with providers that help us take payment, deliver orders, and request service feedback:

  • Our payment providerTo take payment securely. They handle your card details directly — we receive confirmation that payment succeeded, not your card number.
  • Our courierTo deliver your parcel. They receive your name, delivery address, and contact details so they can complete and track the delivery.
  • TrustpilotTo send a neutral service-review invitation after delivery. We may provide your name, email address, and order reference. Trustpilot lists processing locations in Denmark, Ireland, the United States, Germany, Lithuania, the United Kingdom, and Australia under its published data-processing terms.

We do not sell your data. We don’t trade, rent, or sell your personal information to anyone. We only disclose information where the law requires it, and we expect our partners to protect it to the same standard we do.

04

Security & retention

Your information is encrypted in transit using HTTPS, so what travels between your browser and us stays private. We restrict access to your data to the people who genuinely need it to run orders and support, and we review our safeguards regularly.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it — to fulfil and support your orders, manage reorders and your account, and meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations in Australia. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it.

Trustpilot’s published data-processing terms state that review-invitation data may be retained for up to three years, unless it is deleted earlier or must be kept longer by law.

Your account keeps it together. Having an account means your saved address, your batch COAs, and your order history live in one secure place — making reorders a click and keeping your records easy to find. It’s a benefit to you, not just a requirement.

05

Your rights

Under Australian privacy law you have clear rights over the information we hold about you. You can ask us at any time to:

Access Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction Ask us to update or fix anything that’s inaccurate or out of date.
Deletion Request that we delete your data, where we’re not required to keep it.

To make any of these requests, just contact us — we’ll verify it’s you and respond within a reasonable time. If you’re ever unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can also raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

06

Cookies & analytics

Cookies are small files your browser stores so the site works properly. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember what’s in your cart, and analytics cookies to understand — in aggregate — how the site is used so we can improve it.

For engaged Australian visits, our first-party diagnostics use a random, temporary browser-session identifier to combine page-level signals within the same visit. We retain the resulting pseudonymous session-level page records for up to 60 days. We don’t record screen replays, pointer coordinates, keystrokes, form contents, payment details, or full URL query strings; only standard marketing-attribution fields such as UTM source and campaign may be retained. These diagnostics don’t set an additional cookie.

Our analytics are aggregated wherever possible and used to understand trends, not to build customer profiles. You can control or clear cookies and site storage in your browser settings at any time. Turning off non-essential cookies won’t stop you from placing an order — though some conveniences may work a little less smoothly.
